Green Man’s Den

Is located amongst the trees behind the Honywood Oak, and is home to an array of Estate wildlife including Wrens and Field Mice.

The structure was assembled by Liz Pottinger (our resident artist) and Alison Ratcliff (Education Project Leader) for The Woodland Trust Essex, in September 2004 and decorated by both Feering C. of E. Primary School and Fordham All Saint’s Primary School designed and created the leaves.

Over the years it has been added to by those who find it, see if you can!
