Just the Place for a Bank Holiday Treat

The Gardens and Arboretum will be open throughout the Bank Holiday weekend with the Walled Garden being the perfect place in which to contemplate new ideas for the garden at home. The cool blues and purples of iris, lavender and salvia are at their best, showing how each of the three central gardens is planned to be at its peak at a different time. So there is colour and interest throughout the season. Many of the plants are available from the Marks Hall Plant Centre, opposite the Visitor Centre.
