Marks Hall Guided Walks

Butterfly

Published: May 2006

We have arranged a variety of guided walks with our Curator Jonathan Jukes this year, each one featuring highlights from the Arboretum, surrounding woodlands and wildlife at Marks Hall.

As these walks are very popular and places are limited, we can only accept advance bookings with payment.

Booking forms are available at the desk in the Visitor Centre, or contact us on 01376 563796.

Alternative Walks

In addition to these, we will also be having guided walks and a variety of self–guided walks from time to time.

The guided walk will be conducted by one of the Marks Hall volunteers and will provide an overview of the Arboretum, incorporating the history as well as the planting.

The self-guide sheet provides information on the points of interest in the arboretum at a particular time of the year.

Please keep your eye open as these walks will be advertised in the Visitor Centre and on our website.
