Magnolia ‘Heaven Scent’

A magnificent small to medium sized tree, flowering from April to May. Cup-shaped with nine rosy-pink tepals, soon fading to pale pink with a magenta central stripe.  The richly scented blooms can be seen in the Asian section of the Arboretum, just before Gondwanaland.
