Prunus ‘Okame’s a small tree, one of the numerous hybrids raised by Captain Collingwood Ingram. It is the first and most delicate of the spring Cherry trees, producing a mass of carmine-rose, almond scented flowers that attract a host of bees.Our little grove of Okame are now starting to look beautiful and can be found just before the Walled Garden.
