Christmas Market and Open Weekend

Markshall Estate invites you to celebrate the start of festive season, in the stunning surroundings of the 18^th century Coach House.

Browse the Christmas Market and shop for unique gifts and crafts that will make the ideal present for that someone special. With lots of local craftspeople and businesses filling the Coach House with their works, you’ll be sure to find unique gifts, tasty tipples and so much more.

Our bar will be serving festive refreshments throughout the event.

Markshall also invites people to enjoy a brisk winter walk of the arboretum as it opens its gate free of charge to the public. Discover 200 acres of trees from across the world and, just for fun, take part in the Christmas Trail to find the 20 Christmas symbols hidden across the estate. About the Coach House: The Coach House is a historic building dating back to the 18^th century. It was restored in the 1970s and used to house coaches, horses, and carriages. It is now a popular venue for weddings and events.
