Operation Varsity

We would be delighted if you could join us at the Memorial Site on Thursday 24th March 2022 to pay tribute to those who flew from Markshall Estate 77 years ago.

Please meet us at the Visitor Centre by 10:10am we will walk together to the memorial site

We will be joined at the commemoration by representatives from the Glider Pilot Regiment, veterans and their families.

Our Orchard Kitchen café will be open after the ceremony for guests to buy hot drinks, cakes and light lunches.

The site is approximately a 35-minute walk through our Arboretum.
